What is Minervaly?

Minervaly is Minerva's Document Operations platform. It reads documents, checks the information against your rules and prepares the result for your team to review, with the source linked to each result and exceptions flagged.

How is Minervaly different from OCR or document chat?

OCR extracts text and document chat answers questions. Minervaly runs a configured workflow: it extracts, validates against rules, detects missing information and contradictions, sends exceptions to human review and records decisions, so the same process can run again with a new case.

Which document workflows fit Minervaly?

Recurring, high-stakes document work where errors are expensive, such as tender to proposal, incident to CAPA report, or invoice to validated exception. It is not a replacement for simple OCR or a general company search tool.

Does Minervaly replace human review?

No. Material results stay under human control. People edit, accept or reject outputs, and decisions and changes are recorded with the case.
