Every pilot begins with one workflow. Final scope and price are confirmed after workflow evaluation. Higher internal price points are not published here.

    Validate one workflow

    Configure and test one workflow with manual document upload in Minervaly Cloud managed.

  • 10 weeks

    Add one integration

    Extend the validated workflow with one agreed integration and prepare it for operational use.

  • 14 weeks

    Complex or enterprise needs

    Address a complex deployment, additional integrations or enterprise requirements around the same workflow foundation.

Included in the €8,500 base pilot

  • One specific workflow and a Pilot Charter with scope, owners and success criteria
  • A delimited corpus using manual upload
  • Measurement of the current process
  • Workflow configuration in Minervaly with agreed rules, exceptions, human review and output
  • Runs on representative customer cases and results against agreed KPIs
  • Remediation plan, production recommendation and Minervaly Cloud managed during the pilot

Outside the base scope

  • Connectors and continuous synchronization
  • ERP work
  • SSO, VPC and dedicated environments

What you need to bring

These inputs keep the pilot focused and protect both sides from projects without ownership, usable data or budget.

  • A sufficiently bounded recurring workflow
  • Real or representative documents that can legally be used
  • One process owner and one person available to review decisions and outputs
  • Basic information about volume, current time, errors or incidents
  • A short weekly pilot session
  • A minimum budget of €8,500

After the pilot

Baseline, KPIs and success criteria are agreed before work begins. When criteria are met, Minerva proposes a separate production subscription and maintenance agreement. When they are not, the pilot ends with documented findings and no automatic commitment to continue.
